   Briefly.ai provides AI-powered tools designed to enhance productivity in Slack conversations, including but not limited to:

   • Smart Summaries: Generating automated summaries of unread threads and channels to help users stay on top of important information.

   • Contextual Insights: Highlighting key insights from Slack conversations to reduce information overload.

   • Actionable Follow-ups: Identifying action items and providing structured outputs to improve collaboration and efficiency.
      

3. User Responsibilities
   You agree to:

   • ​Provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

   • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

   • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

   • Refrain from:

     • Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on any third-party rights.

     • Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

     • Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the Services.
        

4. Intellectual Property
   All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Briefly.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briefly.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

   • Your use or inability to use the Services.

   • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

   • Any technical issues or software malfunctions that may affect your use of the Services.
